Dr. Jeffrey R. Carlson is a board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon with over two decades of experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders. He serves as the President and Managing Partner of the Orthopaedic & Spine Center in Newport News, Virginia. Dr. Carlson is recognized for his pioneering work in spinal surgery, including the development of innovative surgical techniques and instrumentation. He has performed several surgical firsts in the US and globally, contributing significantly to advancements in minimally invasive spine surgery.
